Meditation has always been something I yearn to do well, yet hardly ever can focus myself enough to do it. When I am able to do it, I feel great, but my brain constantly convinces me it's too hard to attempt. 

I want to stay present in this world, and be content in the moment, but far too often it feels like it's work. I have to believe that eventually, with practice, it will get easier. Doesn't make the practice easy though.
